Congratulations to Lannie Fowler on his retirement - 6/17/08

Lannie Fowler was hired at Kenworth in June, 1969 and retired on May 30, 2008, which was also his birthday! In his 39 years at Kenworth, he survived many layoffs and a couple of strikes. Lannie has, over the years, been a very vocal supporter of strengthening and increasing our Teamsters Pension, and was instrumental in convincing his co-workers of the wisdom of diverting large portions of wage increases into the pension. He is now enjoying the fruits of that success.

Lannie now plans on buying a new trailer for camping with his wife, Judy, and spending more time at the ocean and fishing.

Congratulations Lannie on a job well done!
