The Highline School District Board meeting became a defining moment for classified staff as 110 T3 members filled the room in Teamster blue, joined by 35 additional supporters standing proudly beside them. Together, they delivered a message that needed no microphone, no speeches, and no introductions—a message sent without a word being spoken. 

A Presence That Spoke for Itself

The coordinated sea of blue shirts and signs made the room feel unmistakably unified. Every member standing there embodied the collective call: Know our Name. Know our Strength. Know our Need.

It was a visual statement of solidarity—calm, powerful, and impossible to overlook.
